Yoga Classes on Tuesday & Thursdays

Yoga classes began last week at Hobe Sound Community Presbyterian Church! If you want to increase your flexibility, strength, and balance, there are two unique yoga classes to choose from: Tuesday, from 10 -11, join us for Yoga Foundations, an introduction to the primary poses that form the foundation of a complete, flowing yoga practice. Yoga mat required.

On Thursdays, from 10-11, consider joining Chair Yoga Class,  a gentler form of yoga done using the support of a chair. These exercises will help to improve the range of motion in all your joints, increase your overall strength and improve your balance. All classes will be held in the Church Courtyard or Fellowship Hall and are taught by Sandra Price, an experienced yoga practitioner, RYT200  and Certified Chair Yoga Instructor.
